3rd Shift GoArmy Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to represent the Go Army Contact Center. As a Go Army Contact Center Representative, you will operate as an ambassador and represent the front lines of the U.S. Army. Our Call Center Representatives will be most people’s first interaction with the U.S. Army and the largest impact of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in taking simple PII from caller/chatter to forward to the local recruiter and general information
  • Serve as an initial GACC call-in/chat contact point seeking information and assistance
  • Provide immediate responses to telephone, chats, and social media inquiries
  • Receive and distribute leads to a local recruiter

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to build rapport with leads
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
