A U.S. Army combat Veteran and founder of NSCG, Krista brings extensive experience in U.S. Military operations, organizational leadership, and Government contracting. Since establishing the company in 2012, she has led its growth into a trusted provider of technology and professional services to federal agencies and commercial organizations. Krista has achieved advanced secondary education in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Her leadership emphasizes strategic growth, strong partnerships, and delivering mission-focused solutions while maintaining a commitment to the people and organizations NSCG serves.

Serving NSCG as the CFO and Director of Contracts, Chase has supported NSCG since 2015. A U.S. Army Veteran with over 20 years of combined Active Duty and Reserve service, Chase brings extensive experience in leadership, financial management, and organizational operations. His military career included multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, strengthening his expertise in strategic planning and mission execution. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Louisville. Throughout his tenure at NSCG, Chase has overseen financial operations, contract management, and business administration, supporting operational efficiency, contractual compliance, and the company's continued growth in serving Federal and commercial customers.

A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and Navy Retiree, Ed brings extensive experience in business leadership, human capital management, and organizational operations. His background includes developing workforce strategies, improving operational performance, and leading initiatives that support organizational growth. As NSCG's Chief of Staff, Ed oversees daily business operations, strengthens operational efficiency, and helps ensure the successful delivery of mission-focused solutions to Federal and commercial customers. He is committed to building high-performing teams, fostering strong partnerships, and supporting NSCG's continued growth and success.

A U.S. Army Veteran, Jason brings more than a decade of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, and supporting Federal and Defense missions. As NSCG's Chief Information Officer, he oversees technology strategy, cybersecurity, IT operations, and software development initiatives. His expertise includes cloud technologies, Salesforce solutions, cybersecurity compliance, and strategic business development. Jason plays a key role in expanding NSCG's technology capabilities, strengthening industry partnerships, and delivering secure, scalable solutions to Federal and commercial customers. He holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and maintains several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Security+, and multiple Salesforce certifications.

A U.S. Army Veteran with 29 years of service, Michael McGregor brings extensive experience in leadership, human resources, and organizational management. Throughout his career, he held senior leadership positions overseeing workforce development, personnel operations, and strategic organizational initiatives. He holds master's degrees from the U.S. Naval War College and Webster University, along with a bachelor's degree from Mercer University. As NSCG's Chief Experience Officer, Michael leverages his experience to strengthen customer relationships, improve organizational effectiveness, and support strategic business growth. His leadership focuses on building strong partnerships, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering mission-focused solutions that support Federal and commercial customers.

With over 35 years of Military, Federal civilian, and private-sector experience, Todd brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational readiness. A U.S. Army Veteran who retired after 25 years of service, he has supported Special Operations and Special Mission Units and held senior leadership roles within USSOCOM. At NSCG, he leverages his experience to identify business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver mission-focused solutions that support U.S. Military and Federal customers.
